    Belt Sizing Guide

    Your Billykirk belt size will be 2½ inches smaller than your waist circumference. We recommend measuring your waist to ensure an accurate fit. Here are two easy ways: 

     Method 1: Using a Fabric Tape Measure

    1. Thread the tape measure through your belt loops where you normally wear your belt

    2. Keep the tape snug but not tight — leave space for one finger between the tape and your body

    3. Record your measurement in inches

    Method 2: Using String (Watch Video Tutorial)

    1. Wrap a piece of string around your waist through your belt loops

    2. Mark where the string meets and lay it flat against a ruler

    3. Record your measurement in inches

    It is very nice. Great proportions. Rings the right size. The better way to do it is to finish both sides of the leather. So much better that way! (And the best versions of the ring belt way back when were always this way.) In this belt, the stitching is interesting maybe… yet really wish this company would use these proportions and construct the belt the traditional way! The end should btw should be a slightly slanted cut. Not a point. Maybe that is correct here— need to go back and look. Made the way I suggest you simply shorten it yourself. Voila. Overall, however. very nice just the same.
